Music Production – Level 1
In this Music Production course, you will take you first steps in to becoming a Music Producer. You will learn awseome things about using a digital studio, about mics and techniques, recording audio, setting up a small studio at home. Additionally, I will walk you through the more ‘musical’ knowledge needed that makes you a rounded musician and train your ears to hear different instruments, pitches notes and basic music theory.
This course is for anyone who wants to start their musical journey into music production, or music technology but needs to know the basics.
This course uses the RockSchool Music Production – Grade 1 as a framework, as and such should the student wish to take the exam they would be ready to do so when they feel ready.
What’s included in Level 1 (resources only)….
- Written lesson notes are provided, as well as set up initial set instructions and support via email.
- Support towards achieving Grade 1 Music Production, should the pupil want to take it.
- Support and feedback outside of lessons.
